With a mission to bring affordable, approachable and accessible skincare to all, the company launched franchising in January 2021. Since then, the debt-free company, led by founder and CEO, Michele Henry, has acquired over 50 unit commitments nationwide, in locations such as Denver, Nashville, Phoenix and Houston.
As a single working mom, Henry couldn’t find a concept that provided both results-driven skincare treatments and affordable pricing—not to mention decent availability. As she started to ask around, no one had an answer for her, but others were desperately searching for the same. Henry saw the gap in the market and set out to build a bridge between accessible and affordable skincare.
Shortly after its inception, FACE FOUNDRIÉ took the Minnesota market by storm, quickly grew to three stores and launched franchising during the pandemic—all while still increasing revenue month over month.
In typical Henry fashion, she brought innovation and adaptability to traditional franchising, so after shaking up the skincare industry, she thought she would do the same to the franchising world.
