Looking good is not the desire only of women, even men want to look good even though traditionally men have been giving less importance to these aspects. Cleansing involves the use of a mild cleanser for the removal of the dirt and the pollutants from the surface of the skin while retaining the moisture of the skin. Cleansing done more often than twice a day can cause more harm than good for the skin. Use of a gentle cleanser twice a day would be the key for the regimen to be effective. Frequent cleansing can cause more dryness in persons with dry skin and damage the skin. It may also cause more oiliness in person with oily skin as the glands tend to produce more oily secretion,” says Dr Subodh

Toning of the skin is the next essential step. Toning tightens the pores and makes your skin look fresh. Once you are done with the toning, the next essential step is to moisturize the skin.
